U.S. Lawns Cleveland East is hiring an appointment setter to help grow our commercial landscaping and snow services. You’ll call businesses and commercial property contacts, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our estimator. This is not a remote position and is required to work from our office.
Pay: $20 per hour, hourly only All Season Full time Job

What you’ll do
- Make and source outbound calls to commercial properties and decision makers about landscaping, snow plowing, and salting services.
- Ask questions to qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for our estimator once qualified.
- Follow up with prospects and keep accurate call and appointment notes to turn into future leads.
- When your primary tasks for the day are complete, help keep your office area clean.
- Assist the office manager by answering incoming calls and scheduling incoming calls for appointments as needed if all primary tasks are completed.
What we’re looking for
- A confident, professional phone manner.
- Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting, sales in business development.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Landscaping or snow industry experience is helpful, but not required.
